Case Study 1

Transformation Challenge: The company experienced exponential growth in a short period of time. They required people services and an infrastructure that would enable them to scale their business and continue their rapid growth. They also needed to unify their culture as new leadership talent was brought in to scale and grow.

Solution: Multiple solutions were offered as a part of a multi-year growth journey to double revenue: (1) Strategy Planning & Alignment: Working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team, the Strategic Priorities were communicated and cascaded to employees through a Performance Management System; and (2) A multi-year People Roadmap was developed and implemented with processes and systems to support all aspects of Hiring, Engagement and Retention of Talent.

Results: The company doubled revenue in 2021 and was recognized as a Great Place to Work for 3 consecutive years. And this recognition continues to live on!


Case Study 2 

Transformation Challenge: The company needed to accelerate their global digital strategy and prepare leaders and employees with the skills to be successful in the new digital environment.

Solution: Working with C-suite and other Business Leaders, Loretta redesigned the Global Learning and Development Strategies to bring relevancy and value to the company, ensuring the right talent and capabilities were developed for future success. Key highlights of this work included: (1) Introduction of design thinking principles that increased the global matrix collaboration efforts of products lines and geographies resulting in greater alignment and faster speed to market solutions and (2) Designed and deployed learning programs for key employee groups in Leadership and Sales.

Results: Programs deployed to 100% of these employees with evidence of growth and efficiencies and C-suite endorsement.
